Our Refund Policy

At Foliofect, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase of our writing instruments, art supplies, cases, organizers, and office accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused, and resalable condition.
  • In the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used ink cartridges, refills, or paint tubes.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before sending any item back, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
  2. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
  3. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Timing

After your return is approved, please allow the following time for the refund to appear in your account:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days.

Note that your bank or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
