1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and purchasing from the Foliofect website ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," or "you") and Foliofect. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.

Foliofect operates as an online retailer specializing in writing instruments, art supplies, cases & organizers, and office accessories. We provide a platform for users to browse, select, and purchase these products. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders and Purchases
All orders placed through the Site are an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Your order is confirmed only upon our shipment of the products and sending of a shipment confirmation email.

All prices are listed in the currency specified on the Site and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and costs are estimates and may vary. Foliofect is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
6. Refund & Return Policy
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened, and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items and personalized products may be final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Foliofect, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Foliofect in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) One Hundred US Dollars (USD $100).
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products and services delivered to you through the Site are provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Foliofect and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
